MLF postpones two Phoenix Bass Fishing League events scheduled for Saturday

TULSA, Oklahoma. (February 16, 2021) – Major League Fishing (MLF) today announced that two Phoenix Bass Fishing League events presented by TH Marine scheduled for Saturday, February 20, 2021 have been canceled due to inclement weather. The Mississippi Division event at Ross Barnett Reservoir in Brandon, Mississippi and the Ozark Division at Table Rock Lake in Kimberling, Missouri, will both be rescheduled.
The Phoenix Bass Fishing League‘s Gator Division event at Harris Chain of Lakes and North Carolina Division’s Lake Norman event will go as planned.
Due to inclement weather four Phoenix Bass Fishing League events have been called off in the past week. The MLF is working to reschedule these events and alert participants as quickly as possible.
The rescheduled dates and locations for the Phoenix Bass Fishing League presented by TH Marine are as follows:
The Cowboy Division at Toledo Bend presented by Berkley, originally scheduled for February 13, has been moved to the Sam Rayburn Reservoir in Brookeland, Texas, and will be held on Sunday March 7, following the Cowboy Division event. on Sam Rayburn on Saturday, March 6.
The Arkie division at Lake Ouachita presented by Abu Garcia, originally scheduled for February 13, was rescheduled to Lake Ouachita in Mount Ida, Ark., On Sunday March 7.
The Mississippi Division of the Ross Barnett Reservoir presented by Googan Baits, originally scheduled for February 20, has been moved to Pickwick Lake in Iuka, Mississippi, and rescheduled to Saturday, March 13.
The Ozark division at Table Rock Lake presented by Finwick, originally scheduled for February 20, will be rescheduled at a later date.
The registration of anglers for postponed events will automatically postpone to rescheduled events. If you have any questions, call MLF BIG5 Customer Service at (270) 252-1000.
The 2021 MLF Phoenix Bass Fishing League presented by TH Marine is a 24 division circuit dedicated to weekend anglers, with 128 tournaments throughout the season, five qualifying events in each division. The top 45 Strike King boaters and co-anglers from each division, along with the five qualifying event winners, will advance to one of six Phoenix Bass Fishing League regional championships. Boaters will compete for a prize of $ 60,000, featuring a new Phoenix 819 Pro bass boat with a 200 horsepower, $ 10,000 Mercury outboard, while Strike King co-fishermen will fish a new Phoenix 819 Pro bass boat. with a 200 horsepower Mercury outboard. .
